We accept most traditional insurance and discount plans. Contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We accept checks, cash, or credit cards. Payments will be due on the day of service. We also offer flexible payment plans through CareCredit. Please see our Business Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.


Lakota Premier Dental offers a Savings Plan for all cash pay patients. For a yearly fee of $20, most treatment will be discounted by 25% and adult cleanings will be at a fee of $99, kids cleanings $79. Payments are due at time of service, although we can offer a flexible payment plan as needed. Call to sign up today!

    At Lakota, our staff strives to provide you with the best dental care you could experience at the most affordable cost, we also offer an affordable emergency savings plan for our patients. Our dental office is always clean, sanitized and maintained at the highest quality for our patients.     Lakota Premier Dental is located  at  7908 Cincinnati Dayton Rd B, West Chester Township, OH 45069. Make sure to bring a mask and follow all of the COVID safety guidelines.

  • What are your office hours?

    Our office hours are from 9am-4pm on Monday - Friday. However, some days may vary, so please call ahead to rensure that we are open and accepting walk-ins at that time.

  • Do you accept walk-ins?

    Yes! We do allow walk-ins. We will perform an exam  and diagnostic during your walk-in visit. In some cases, we can povide same day treatment, but only if the schedule allows! In the event that we are unable to provide same day treatment, we can assure you that we will set up an appointment for you as soon as possible, at the most convenient time for you.
